Photocopy of PSA-issued Birth Certificate

Valid ID

Yes! Upon passing the TESDA competency assessment, you will receive a National Certificate (NC) which is nationally and internationally recognized.

We are open Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Walk-in inquiries are welcome anytime during office hours.
